The number of people killed and injured as a result of a Russian airstrike on the morning of 17 May in the village of Desna in the Chernihiv region has been confirmed.
"Today we have completed work in Desna. Unfortunately, 87 victims were found under the rubble. 87 were killed," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said during his speech in Davos.
