Serhiy Hayday, the head of the Luhansk Military Administration, said that 8 people died today when they went to collect water.
21 people were taken to hospital, and 5 of them remained in Lysychansk after receiving medical treatment. 16 citizens were evacuated to hospitals in other regions.
"Among the dead is a boy born in 2007. Among the wounded is a boy born in 2008," Gayday added.
