Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych said eight missiles had hit the city, and urged residents to evacuate. He said the building appeared to have been hit by a Russian X-55 cruise missile.
Yesterday, Russia launched at least 11 missiles on targets in the region. Among those killed was a 6-year-old girl, while dozens were injured, including a 3-month-old baby left in a coma.
