The President stressed that this is important not only in the context of Russia's war with Ukraine, but also in the context of any other aggressive actions, whether by Russia or any other potential aggressor.

The Ukrainian leader stressed that evil must know it will be punished. According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine offers the partner countries the following: to sign a multilateral agreement; to create a mechanism according to which all victims of Russia's actions will be able to receive compensation for all losses.
Zelenskyy noted that under such an agreement, all Russian money and property in the jurisdictions of partner countries should be seized or frozen.
"And then, those money and property must be confiscated and sent to a specially created fund, from which all those affected by Russian aggression will be able to receive appropriate compensation. It will be fair. And Russia will feel the true weight of every missile, every bomb, every projectile that it fired on us", the President said.
