According to the Operational and Tactical Group "East" of the Ukrainian Army, on March 14, Russian invading forces attempted to break through the Ukrainian military's defenses in the Donetsk region.

However, in repelling the offensive, Ukrainian troops captured a significant amount of equipment from the enemy. In addition, the Russians suffered significant personnel losses.

Russia's losses in the Donetsk area

According to the "East" operational-tactical group, the Russian invaders lost:

- Up to 100 soldiers,

- 2 tanks

- 3 BMP

- 1 armored personnel carrier.
