At 6:50 pm, a Russian shell hit the machine room of the plant. The rocquet damaged the principal line for ammonia, and a container. By 8:10 pm, the Emergency service units inspected the containers and shut-off valves.
The concentration of ammonia vapors is within the permitted norm. There are no casualties confirmed (so far).
