This was announced by the First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yuriy Sobolevskyi on the national telethon.
He called on the residents of the region to either leave for other regions, or seek shelter, bring water and food to him, and prepare for active hostilities.
"Whoever cannot leave – we must prepare for the fact that shelter will be needed again, we must again prepare a supply of water, a certain supply of food in order to survive the offensive of our troops. We understand that our guys will work as carefully as possible, to save every life, but war is war," he said.
The armed forces of the Kherson region are having more and more success, so the complete de-occupation of the region is only a matter of time.
