On the morning of March 13, Russian missiles bombed the International Peacekeeping Center. It is located 40 kilometers away from Lviv, and only 20 kilometers away from the border with Poland, meaning the border of the EU and NATO.

"Joe Biden, Jens Stoltenberg, do you understand that the war is closer than you think? Russia is already on your border", – the mayor said.

He once again urged the Alliance to close the sky over Ukraine, because "very soon this war may lose the prefix Russian-Ukrainian."

"You have the fighter aircrafts that can protect our sky. And when I say 'ours', I mean not only Ukrainian", – Sadovyi said.
