Rescue efforts are continuing at the site of Mariupol Drama Theatre bombed by Russians. The locals hid there from the shelling, but this did not stop the enemy.

On Sunday, 27th of February President Vladimir Putin ordered defense minister and the chief of the general staff of the Russian armed forces to put the deterrence forces of the Russian army into a special mode of combat service.
